The most important part of good management is getting good tenants. We screen candidates comprehensively and thoroughly in house. We filter out tenant recommendations that aren’t genuine, so our tenants tend to pay their rent on time, take good care of their property and typically stay for over three years (based on our last audit).
We get special rates from our contractors and we pass them on to our clients, which translates into less money for expenses. We also inspect our properties on a regular basis to ensure that the outside always looks good for you and the community.
Our fee includes all administrative costs, so there are never any add-ons for things like stationery, postage or long distance calls. That means that you actually spend less money than you would with most other companies. We also believe in open communication, so you won’t be left in the dark as to what is going on with your property.
